I help organizations create meaningful change by aligning strategy, culture, and purpose. As an Organization Development (OD) specialist and Executive Coach, I support leaders and teams to become more effective, connected, and impactful.
With over 15 years of global experience in OD, change management, and organizational effectiveness, I bring a practical, hands-on approach. I’ve worked in-house, in consulting, and independently for the past six years. Now based in New York City after relocating from London, I partner with organizations to tackle complex challenges and create lasting impact.
I’m not a traditional consultant. I work alongside you, connecting people who don’t usually collaborate and uncovering insights others might miss. I challenge assumptions, encourage fresh thinking, and co-create solutions that are practical and sustainable.
At my core, I’m a problem-solver and facilitator. I listen deeply, cut through complexity across a diverse range of sectors in the US and UK —including nonprofits, education, healthcare, government, recruitment, legal, events, and gaming.
