Me

I am an accredited executive coach, organizational development specialist, and facilitator.  I am passionate about creating change that matters and impact that can be seen and felt (however small) and I do this by enabling, motivating and mobilising others rather than 'doing it to'.

I am motivated by wanting to make a difference, nurture talent and develop the best in people and believe this can only be achieved by investing time to build capability, agility and resilience.

I spent over 15 years working in project and change management roles across the public sector, not for profits and commercial consultancy practice before qualifying as an executive coach.

I qualified as an executive coach after having personally experienced the impact of coaching and have seen first-hand how people have benefited, irrespective of their professional background or stage of their career.   I believe coaching is not only an investment in your professional development but also in your mental health.

COACHING

I offer 1-1 coaching to individuals, and executive 1-1 coaching to organisations.

I create thinking partnerships with my clients building connection and trust. I create the conditions for my clients to feel listened to and appreciated and able to appraise the challenges and opportunities open to them.  I deploy a range of approaches, curious in my exploration of assumptions, patterns of behaviour, values, motivations, beliefs, and the impact of the organisational context in which they work.  I work with clients on building resilience, emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and leading people in a hybrid world. I also work with clients exploring career change.

I can offer the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence individual and 360 diagnostic as part of a coaching package.

I am a qualified with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM7) and achieved a post-graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching  from Ashridge Business School. I am EMCC accredited, a member of EMCC UK and ICF (International Coaching Federation) and I subscribe to EMCC’s Code of Ethics.

CHANGE

I partner with organisations to help understand the problem they are trying to solve, before co-designing solutions, and supporting to develop new ways of working and behaviour change.  I offer:

  • Building change management capability in teams

  • Planning & delivering change communications & engagement

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement

  • Project design, planning and management

TEaM

I offer one-off workshop design and facilitation, creating psychologically safe spaces for you and your team to have open and potentially uncomfortable conversations.  My approach enables you to transform the way you think together, approach problem solving and collaborate.
